Refund Policy

Fair, transparent terms for LumiKidz subscribers.

1. Refund Policy

New subscribers may request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of the initial subscription purchase.

Eligible Refunds

A refund request may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of the first subscription payment.
  • The subscription was purchased through an official LumiKidz payment channel.
  • The account has not violated our Terms & Conditions.

LumiKidz reserves the right to review each case individually and fairly.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Renewal subscription charges after the initial subscription period.
  • Abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Excessive usage intended to fully consume the service before requesting a refund.
  • Purchases made through unauthorized third parties.

Google Play Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies and procedures. Users may be required to submit refund requests directly through the Google Play Store.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take several business days to process, depending on the payment provider and platform. LumiKidz may request additional information to review refund requests fairly.

2. Non-Transferable Accounts

LumiKidz accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users are not permitted to:

  • Sell or trade accounts.
  • Share accounts for commercial purposes.
  • Transfer ownership to another person.
  • Allow unauthorized access to paid memberships.

LumiKidz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this policy.

3. Policy Updates

LumiKidzreserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Account Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication within the app or on official LumiKidz platforms.
